We believe in the art of simplicity, quality food and freshly made preparations. Our Italian cold cuts, our cheeses and the greens vary daily and weekly to provide the maximum freshness.

COLD PLATTERS & SALADS

Taglieri (Cold platters)
A mix of tasty Italian cold cuts and cheeses
Our taglieri vary from week to week depending on the new fresh products we receive. 

Buffalo mozzarella
Served with Parma ham, tomatoes and green zero Km salad

Salads of the day (Veggie/Vegan)
Ask our barista what new fresh vegetables, cheeses and greens we have today. We can creatively combine them with fruits and/or cold cuts

Tapas: sliced pecorino DOP (100gr)
Served with honey or fig jam

Tapas: salsiccia al finocchietto (100gr)
Any of our cold cuts can be served as a tasting tapas

Bruschette (Veggie/Vegan)
With Lardo al mirto or Guanciale from Sardinia, or also a classic with tomato

 

GOURMET SANDWICHES

All our sandwiches are served with organic Tuscan focaccia made with a traditional recipe mixing ancient grains. It contains less gluten and is more digestibile. Cold cuts and cheeses may vary from week to week depending on the new fresh products we receive, these are just a few examples:
